Kristine is a traditional watercolorist. Her illustrations are sweet, charming and comforting for children.  Her goal is to write and illustrate books that remind us all about simpler times.

 

Kristine has a varied art background. She earned an AS in Commercial Art, BA in Art Education, and an MAT in Advanced Secondary Education. Kristine has worked as a commercial artist, special education art teacher, and currently as an illustrator.

Kristine spends her time with her husband and two puppies, Mitsy and Ollie. Her puppies love to join her in her art studio and take naps.
